NexaChain reduces custodial risk by keeping control of funds and transaction signing with the user.
Users remain in control of their wallets. NexaChain does not hold customer balances or operate custodial accounts.
Private keys are generated and stored on the user’s device rather than on NexaChain servers.
Every payment must be reviewed and approved by the buyer before the wallet signs and sends the transactions.
Payments are sent directly from the buyer wallet to the merchant wallet and NexaChain treasury on BNB Smart Chain.
The wallet and private-key material remain under the user’s control.
The buyer verifies the complete payment before proceeding.
Transaction signatures are generated on the user’s device.
Signed transactions are sent to BNB Smart Chain for confirmation.
Private-key protection
The private key is used locally to create a transaction signature. NexaChain does not need access to that key to prepare a payment request or display a transaction confirmation.
This also means NexaChain cannot recover a private key, restore an inaccessible wallet, or authorize payments for the user.
Important user responsibility
Losing access to the device or private key may permanently prevent access to the wallet. Users should protect their wallet credentials and device carefully.
Payment authorization
Before authorization, the buyer can review the merchant, item price, separate NexaChain fee, final total, token, and blockchain network.

The user can cancel before the wallet signs and sends the blockchain transactions.
Defined boundaries
Clear boundaries are an important part of the NexaChain security model.
NexaChain does not receive, pool, or temporarily hold buyer or merchant assets.
NexaChain does not receive or store the private keys used to authorize payments.
The software usage fee is shown separately before the buyer authorizes the payment.
Transactions are signed and sent by the buyer wallet, not by NexaChain on the user’s behalf.
Because wallet control remains with the user, NexaChain cannot restore lost private keys or recover inaccessible wallets.
Confirmed blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, cancelled, or frozen by NexaChain.
Blockchain verification
Transactions submitted through NexaChain are processed on BNB Smart Chain. Once confirmed, the associated transaction records can be checked using a compatible blockchain explorer.
